TRIAL SUPPORT & APPEALS.

PRACTICE AREAS

Our attorneys provide scaled trial support services to trial attorneys throughout the State of Florida.  As a starting point, we provide research services such as memoranda and ghost-writing briefs/motions.  We also provide pre-trial, trial, and post-trial support.  This includes researching, drafting, and arguing dispositive and evidentiary motions to ensure the creation of an appellate record, and preserve error for appellate review.  If you’re an attorney, call us today at (786) 682-2542 or contact us online to schedule a conversation about your trial support needs.  Our trial support services are listed in detail below.
