Morgan J. Levine is a Partner at Morales & Levine, P.A., and heads the firm’s complex business litigation practice. She focuses her practice on complex corporate, contract, real estate, employment, and professional negligence litigation, and has significant experience with cases involving breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, and professional liability.

Ms. Levine graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law where she was actively involved as a member of the Moot Court Board, a member of the Journal of Complex Litigation, and the student representative to the  American Bar Association.

Ms. Levine is currently a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Levine has been widely recognized for her legal work. Highly regarded by her peers, she was selected for inclusion to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in 2023 and 2024, and has been named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers® in 2024.

Ms. Levine remains active in legal trade and local organizations. She has served as Chair of the Judicial Liaison Committee for the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (MDFAWL), among other things.  In addition to her legal service, Ms. Levine is a supporter and advocate of special needs children and adults within our community due to her early volunteer work for The Friendship Circle, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing friendship to children within the local special needs community.

Ms. Levine has been an author on the topics of business torts, and financial fraud litigation, among other things.
