Maria Jose ("MJ") Morales is a Partner at Morales & Levine, P.A., and heads the firm’s family law practice. She primarily focuses her practice on family law matters, and therefore, has significant experience in divorces, alimony, child support, child custody, parenting plans, paternity, domestic violence, and dependency. She also focuses her practice on business disputes, including corporate, contract, real estate, employment, and professional negligence matters.

Ms. Morales received her Bachelors Degree in political science from the University of Miami, her Masters of Art in International Administration from the University of Miami, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. She is a member of the Florida bar and has been highly recognized for her legal work.

Ms. Morales has been actively involved in legal trade and local organizations, including those which involve children and adults with disabilities. She has also represented abused and neglected children in dependency proceedings through pro bono services. Ms. Morales is an advocate for those who are ordinarily underrepresented in the law and society.
